There was an absolutely fantastic breakfast, and convenient decor. Very nicely decorated building, neat and large bedroom. Historic location, very close to cockermouth history wall. I had terrific days staying at this honeymoon hotel.

I loved handy location and how the place is overall clean. The staff did all they can for a brilliant stay. Exceptional & bright unit with toiletries, comfy bed, for example.

The breakfast was very basic, I think it could be much better.

Lovely little hotel, my first choice in Cockermouth. I loved peaceful location and accommodating stuff. The bed was comfy and room was reasonably large & spotlessly clean. It was ideally located.

Would return there. The owner upon arrival was FRIENDLY. Adjacent to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. The restaurant was located within 500 metres.
